Registration & payment
A registration becomes binding once it has been submitted and accepted by the organiser. Each participant is responsible for providing accurate registration information and for paying the applicable fee within the stated deadline.
If payment is not completed within the deadline, the organiser may cancel the registration or apply the price tier valid at the time payment is completed. Any bank or transfer fees are the participant’s responsibility.
Where a class or pass depends on dance role, level or partner balance, the organiser may adjust registrations where necessary to keep classes workable and balanced.

Cancellation & pass transfers
You may cancel your participation at any time by writing to lisa@vintage.si. Participant cancellations are non-refundable.
If you cancel on or before 15 January 2027, you may transfer the amount paid to the next LISA edition, less a €20 administration fee.
You may transfer or sell your pass to another person. The financial arrangement between you and the new participant is private; however, the organiser must be informed before the event. The replacement participant must meet any relevant pass, role and level requirements.
Illness, travel disruption, cancelled flights and other personal circumstances do not change the participant cancellation policy. We recommend appropriate travel or cancellation insurance if you want additional protection.

Cancellation by the organiser
If LISA must be cancelled because of force majeure or circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, participants will be offered the option to transfer their pass to a new event date or receive a 70% refund. The remaining 30% is retained toward non-recoverable event costs such as venues, travel, accommodation commitments and administration.

Programme, artists & venue changes
The organiser may change workshop times, rooms, venues, party times, class structure or other programme details where operationally necessary.
Teachers, musicians and other artists may be affected by illness, travel disruption or circumstances outside the organiser’s control. The announced line-up is therefore subject to change. When possible, suitable replacements or schedule adjustments will be made.

Health, injury & personal belongings
Dancing is a physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge the normal risks connected with dance classes and social dancing and confirm that you are responsible for deciding whether you are physically able to take part safely.
The organiser, staff, volunteers and independent contractors are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you and follow venue safety instructions.

Personal data
Registration data is used to administer your booking, communicate essential event information, manage classes and passes, and fulfil the organiser’s legal and accounting obligations. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR.
Your personal data will not be sold or rented. Marketing messages are sent only where the organiser has an appropriate legal basis to do so, and you can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion of personal data can be sent to lisa@vintage.si.

Photography & video
LISA is a public festival environment with official photography and video coverage. Images and recordings from the event may be used to document and promote LISA and Vintage Swing through websites, social media, printed material and future event communication.
If you have a specific concern about appearing in close-up promotional material, contact the organiser and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it. Recording during classes is allowed only with the instructors’ permission.

Wristbands & event access
Participants receive access according to the pass they purchased. A wristband, ticket or other credential issued by the organiser may be required for entry to classes and parties and must not be shared.
Sunday’s Rhythm & Blues Speakeasy at Vintage Plac has limited capacity. Sunday access is reserved for eligible Full Pass and Party Pass holders; there are no Sunday door tickets.

Code of Conduct, applicable law & jurisdiction
All participants must follow the LISA Code of Conduct, venue rules and applicable Slovenian law. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
These terms are governed by Slovenian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the competent court in Ljubljana, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply.
